Kelsey has created two versions of The PWR Pack: one for women who choose to train at home and one for those who prefer working out in a gym. This Sweat Challenge exclusive is available twice a year and features workouts from some of her most popular PWR programs - PWR Zero, PWR Express, PWR Fusion, PWR At Home and PWR Strength At Home.

Program Overview
There are three weekly workouts - Glutes & Hamstrings, Chest & Triceps, and Back & Shoulders - plus two optional workouts for your lower body and abs. Workouts range from Express 20-minute options to longer full-length sessions.
With plenty of variety each week, this program is designed to help you build strength and confidence training at home or in a gym, whether you’re a beginner or advanced.
