Step 2

Inhale and brace your core. Keeping the dumbbells by your sides and starting walking ensuring you maintain a strong core and proud posture. You should feel tension in your glutes, quads, core and shoulder to maintain a balanced and stable position during the exercise. Continue for the specified number of repetitions or time.
