Dynamic Yoga Class With SWEAT Instructor Ania
November 16, 2020
Yoga with Ania is a six-week Vinyasa yoga program, now available in the SWEAT app.
In this program, Ania will guide you through her unique and athletic style of yoga, as you stretch, relax and rejuvenate your body and mind.
Vinyasa yoga focuses on linking together asanas, or yoga poses, with the flow of your breath. Ania’s yoga flows use non-traditional poses, and every class is different.
So you can try her yoga style, here is a full-body yoga class from the first week of Yoga with Ania.

All you’ll need for this class is your yoga mat. Once you begin, Ania will guide you through each pose, demonstrating the position.
Cue up a mindful and relaxing playlist, roll out your mat and get ready for this unique yoga experience. This class is 35 minutes and includes a warm up and cool down.
Yoga is a form of exercise that you can do anywhere — all you need is a small space, a mat and some time to try yoga at home.
If you’re already following another SWEAT program, you can find Ania’s workouts in the “Browse” section of your SWEAT app — to access, make sure you have updated to the latest version. These workouts are ideal if you want a more gentle workout or to replace a low-intensity cardio session when you need to exercise indoors.
