It’s our birthday and to celebrate eight amazing years of Sweat, we’ve added this new eight-minute ab workout to the On Demand section of the Sweat app to make it even easier to get a great burn no matter where you are or how much time you’ve got on your hands.
The workout is simple. Zero equipment. Eight exercises. 40 seconds each. 20 seconds of rest in between. Eight minutes in total.
