It’s that time of year again. The Sweat Challenge is BACK and registrations are now open!
No matter where you are on your journey or what goals you’ve set your sights on, the Sweat Challenge has you covered with trainer-approved challenges designed with your goals in mind and brand-new, 6-week meal plans to help power your progress.
Registrations are open now, and the Sweat Challenge starts on Monday 2 June 2025 and runs until Sunday 13 July. Run, don’t walk. You only have until 15 June to sign up.
The Sweat Challenge is your chance to start your fitness journey, elevate your training or try something new for six weeks, whether you’re training at home or in the gym.
In the Sweat app, you can browse programs by fitness goal, making it easier than ever to get fit, strong, back on track or run-ready.
Train alongside Sweat trainers Kayla Itsines, Britany Williams, Ruba Ali, Katie Martin and Kelsey Wells with their 6-week programs designed to smash your goals and level up your wellbeing.
They have each leaned into their strengths to help you discover yours in just 42 days.
