Leah Itsines No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake

When Leah Itsines sent us the list of 30 recipes for her new collection in the Sweat app, we immediately stopped and added all the ingredients from this one to our shopping list.

This Biscoff protein yoghurt doesn’t require any cooking, only needs five ingredients and makes a quick breakfast or go-to snack that can be whipped up in just 10 minutes.

It went viral for a reason when Leah first shared it, and we’re so excited to have it permanently in the Sweat app, alongside a whole bunch of other delicious recipes for every meal and mood.

No-Bake Biscoff Cheesecake

Servings: 1

Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 30g Vanilla protein powder

  • 20g light cream cheese

  • 100g light Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp Biscoff, melted

  • 2 Biscoff biscuits, crushed

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together protein powder, cream cheese, greek yoghurt, and 1 tbsp of melted Biscoff. If you need too, use a fork to break up any protein bits in the mixture.

  2. In a small container, add half of the crushed biscuits to the bottom and layer over the top with the yoghurt mixture.

  3. Top with the remaining melted Biscoff and crushed biscuits.

  4. Place in the fridge overnight.

Notes: This can be made in bulk and eaten for breakfast over the week. Perfect for meal prep!
