Get Ready For Barre with Britany’s Sweat Challenge - Hero image

Want to try something different in the new year? Get ready for the exclusive Sweat Challenge program, Barre with Britany.

A six-week fitness challenge, it includes low-impact, high-intensity workouts which will help you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

If you want to extend your current barre practice or you're a barre beginner and want to experience a new style of training, Barre with Britany is available for the first time as part of the Sweat Challenge, which starts on January 11, 2021.

You’ll be led through six weeks of classes by Sweat instructor Britany Williams, who will push you to be your best self at the barre.

Commit to your goals with the Sweat Challenge

The Sweat Challenge is for women of all fitness levels and can be done at home, in small spaces.

The Barre with Britany workouts blend elements of ballet with Pilates, in a unique six-week program for the Sweat Challenge. The barre classes are designed to increase your strength, flexibility and muscle definition.

You need minimal equipment to do this program — a mat, a chair and small hand weights. Follow Britany, a barre instructor from Portland, Oregon, on social media for motivation, inspiration and tips on barre technique.

How to join the Barre with Britany Challenge

If you’re already a member of Sweat, you can join the Sweat Challenge using the “Join the Challenge” button on the pink banner that appears in your app. If you don’t see the banner in your app, make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

If you’re not yet subscribed, you will need to download the Sweat app and subscribe to participate in the Sweat Challenge.

When you tap “Join the Challenge” you’ll be asked to select your Challenge program and training style — this is where you can choose the Barre with Britany Challenge program.

You don’t need to do anything else until the Challenge begins on Monday, January 11, 2021 — that’s when the exclusive Challenge workouts will appear on your dashboard. If you miss the start of the Challenge, you can still join up until Sunday, January 31, 2021.

Everyone who signs up for the Sweat Challenge will also receive exclusive offers and discounts. Once you’ve joined the Sweat Challenge, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to redeem your exclusive deals.

What to expect during the Barre with Britany Challenge

This is the first Sweat Challenge to include Barre with Britany. During the six weeks of the exclusive program, you will be able to choose from:

  • 4 weekly workouts

  • 2 cardio sessions

  • 1 Express workout

The Sweat Challenge is designed to build your fitness and boost your motivation. The goal for the Barre with Britany program is to complete three workouts each week for the six weeks.

On the first day of the Challenge — Monday, January 11, 2021 — you’ll see your Barre with Britany workouts for that week.

Your workouts for each week will appear in the Planner — you can schedule them for times that suit you and get reminders when it’s time to work out — make sure you’ve enabled push notifications for your reminders.
