Having a motivational personal trainer (who regularly dishes out a burpee finisher - Kayla Itsines, we’re looking at you!) can help you get the most out of your workouts and stick to your health and fitness goals.

You don’t take yourself too seriously but are still serious about working up a Sweat, and won’t let anyone tell you that barre isn’t an INTENSE workout. You don’t want your workouts to feel like a chore and love combining elements of ballet, strength training and Pilates. You’re confident, have a great attitude and love to feel the (barre) burn.

You practice Pilates to build strength, gain confidence and to help forge a powerful connection between your body and mind. You love mindful movement and how Pilates makes you feel strong, athletic and re-energised.

You take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and always listen to your body. You act with intention, put your whole heart into everything you do and know how to make those around you feel seen and heard.
