Who Your Go-To Sweat Trainer Is Can Say A Lot About You
December 1, 2021
Having a motivational personal trainer (who regularly dishes out a burpee finisher - Kayla Itsines, we’re looking at you!) can help you get the most out of your workouts and stick to your health and fitness goals.
Whether you’re new to Sweat (if you are, we are so happy to have you here!) or have been around since the very beginning, we know who your go-to trainer is and how you choose to Sweat can say A LOT about your personality.
Kayla Itsines
You love a high intensity session and are always craving a challenge, whether it’s the Sweat Challenge or that KILLER 1000-rep whiteboard challenge. You’re a true trailblazer and love a short and effective workout you can do from the gym to your garage to a hotel room. You know you can achieve anything with the support of the incredible Sweat with Kayla Community. Oh, and you might say otherwise, but we know you really do love a burpee.
Britany Williams
You don’t take yourself too seriously but are still serious about working up a Sweat, and won’t let anyone tell you that barre isn’t an INTENSE workout. You don’t want your workouts to feel like a chore and love combining elements of ballet, strength training and Pilates. You’re confident, have a great attitude and love to feel the (barre) burn.
Cass Olholm
A non-stop high-intensity workout with plenty of fun equipment? Where can you sign up? You’re no stranger to fitness and work out to feel confident and capable. You crave a challenge and always give 110% in every session as you work to improve your strength, skill and speed.
Katie Martin
You train to feel strong, fit and discover what your body is truly capable of. Your goals are all about how you can include fitness in your lifestyle while creating sustainable habits and improving your mobility, posture, bone and heart health. Strength training is your favourite training style because you love how confident it makes you feel! Outside of the gym, you love nourishing your body with food that makes you feel good.
Fleur East
Your health and fitness journey hasn’t been linear, but you know all about injecting the fun into fitness! You love working out with friends and moving your body to feel your best - inside AND out. Your positive mindset means you always bring the energy (and the best music) when it’s time to work out.
Chontel Duncan
You’re spinning A LOT of plates and are a true warrior woman who loves to feel organised and use the Planner to schedule in your workouts. You might have a lot on, but you’re an unstoppable force and always show up for yourself. When it comes to training it’s all about progress, not perfection — and you’re FIERCE whether you’re in the gym, at home or at work.
Phyllicia Bonanno
You lead a soulful life and practice yoga to de-stress and feel grounded, connected, flexible and strong. Your positive mindset and self belief helps you achieve your goals on and off the mat and you're a calming presence who knows there's value in taking things slow.
Ania Tippkemper
As Ania has said before, fitness is a process, not a pose. You love feeling challenged with athletic flows and are inspired by the variety of non-traditional Vinyasa yoga. Mat time is your me time as you practice yoga to awaken the connection between your mind and body, relieve stress and strengthen your body.
Sara Colquhon
For you, moving your body is about being mindful and you want your mind to be just as strong as your core. Balance? You’re all about it. You practice Pilates to build strength, gain confidence and to help forge a powerful connection between your body and mind. You love mindful movement and how Pilates makes you feel strong, athletic and re-energised.
Sjana Elise
You take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and always listen to your body. You act with intention, put your whole heart into everything you do and know how to make those around you feel seen and heard. You know how important it is to express gratitude and be present in the moment and practice Body and Mind to help feel capable, grounded and calm.
Samantha Oritz-Young
