Sweat Challenge goals MYC 2025

Your health and fitness goals are made with Sweat and we can’t wait to see what you and the entire Sweat Community achieve when the Sweat Challenge begins on 2 June.

Your goals. Your journey. One unmissable Sweat Challenge.

We know that the number one reason thousands of women across the world sign up for the Sweat Challenge is to smash their fitness goals, so that's why we’re putting the most popular goals front and centre. To help you continue 2025 strong, our trainers are leaning into their strengths so you can discover yours, with an epic line-up of Sweat Challenge programs from Kayla Itsines, Ruba Ali, Britany Williams, Katie Martin and Kelsey Wells.

So, which goal (and which program) is right for you?

Your goals are made with Sweat.

It's time to say yes to you with the Sweat Challenge.

After you register for the Sweat Challenge in the app, you’ll be prompted to choose your program based on five unique fitness goals. Whether you want to build fitness, gain strength, get back on track, get run-ready or prioritise balance, we’ve got a program to help you get there in just six weeks.

So, what do you want to achieve?

Kayla Itsines yellow activewear body burner challenge

Get fit

Kayla has helped thousands of women from every corner of the globe achieve their fitness goals and step into their most confident selves, and her challenge program The Body Burner is all about helping you unlock your fitness potential in just six weeks.

The Body Burner has three weekly workouts that will take up to 40 minutes to complete with minimal equipment, helping you to fire up your workout routine anywhere, anytime with a dynamic blend of strength and high-intensity training.

If you want to level up your fitness even more, we recommend choosing the “Challenge Me” option, which includes burnouts at the end of each session alongside an optional Cardio & Abs workout each week.

If The Body Burner isn't right for you (or you're looking for a way to hit your fitness goals with zero equipment), Kayla’s popular Bootcamp Challenge is also available this Sweat Challenge.

Ruba Ali The Lower Body Builder get strong goal

Get strong

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of getting stronger - inside and out.

If you’re in the mood to focus on your legs and glutes this Sweat Challenge, Ruba Ali has you covered with The Lower Body Builder, with options for home and gym training.

This brand-new program will help you level up your lower-body strength goals over six weeks, with four 40-60 minute weekly workouts designed to help you build muscle mass and strength with targeted leg and glute training.

If The Lower Body Builder isn't for you, you can also opt for  The PWR Pack with Kelsey Wells, which features three weekly workouts inspired by some of her most popular PWR programs. Each week, you’ll have options that range from Express 20-minute workouts to longer full-length sessions.

Get back on track

Whether you’re a total beginner, coming back to exercise after a break or want to recommit to making 2025 the year fitness becomes a habit, Britany is here to help you get back on track. Her Sweat Challenge program The Kickstarter blends strength, barre and cardio training to create a fun and consistent workout routine.

This challenge program is also a great option for anyone short on time, with five weekly workouts that will take just 15-25 minutes to complete. To supercharge your routine, select the Challenge Me option for an additional weekly workout and some extra spice!

The Kickstarter is all about making your routine work for you, and you can choose to challenge yourself to complete every workout or aim for three each week.

Katie Get Run Ready Challenge Program

Get run ready

Katie credits so much of her running success to strength training, and The Run Up is designed to help you build the strength and confidence you need to get run-ready before you lace up and hit the pavement.

Whether you’ve been running for a while and want to run with more speed and power or are looking to begin your running journey, The Run Up can help to build strength in key muscle groups, reduce your risk of injury, enhance recovery, reduce muscle soreness and help you to unlock your running potential.

We recommend the “Starting Out” option for beginners who are new to running or have never run before, while the “Challenge Me” option is the way to go if running is already a regular part of your fitness mix.

Get balanced

If balance is what you’re looking for this Sweat Challenge, we’ve brought back three popular programs the Sweat Community keeps coming back to that will help you get there. Choose from Katie’s HIIT Pilates Challenge, Britany’s Barre Challenge or the Yoga with Phyllicia Challenge to start the rest of 2025 feeling your best - inside and out.
