NYC25 Goals

New Year fitness goals are made with Sweat and we can’t wait to see what the Sweat Community achieve when the Sweat Challenge begins on 13 January.

Your goals. Your journey. One unmissable Sweat Challenge.

We know that the number one reason thousands of women across the world sign up for the Sweat Challenge is to smash their fitness goals, so this year, we’re putting the most popular New Year fitness resolutions front and centre. To help you start 2025 strong, our trainers are leaning into their strengths so you can discover yours, with four brand-new Sweat Challenge programs from Kayla Itsines, Kelsey Wells, Brittany Williams and Katie Martin.

So, which goal (and which program) is right for you?

After you register for the Sweat Challenge in the app, you’ll be prompted to choose your program based on five unique fitness goals. Whether you want to build fitness, gain strength, get back on track, get run-ready or prioritise balance in 2025, we’ve got a program (or programs!) to help you get there in just six weeks.

So, what do you want to achieve?

Get fit

Kayla has helped thousands of women from every corner of the globe achieve their fitness goals and step into their most confident selves, and her brand-new challenge program The Body Burner is all about helping you unlock your fitness potential in just six weeks.

Fire up your workout routine with a dynamic blend of strength and high-intensity training. The Body Burner has three weekly workouts that will take up to 40 minutes to complete with minimal equipment, helping you to get fit anywhere, anytime.

If you want to level up your fitness even more, we recommend choosing the “Challenge Me” option, which includes burnouts at the end of each session alongside an optional Cardio & Abs workout each week.

If The Body Burner isn't right for you, you’ll find four other programs available under the “Get fit” goal: Kayla’s Bootcamp Challenge, Kayla’s High Intensity Challenge, Chontel’s FIERCE Challenge and Cass’ High Intensity Strength at Home Challenge.

Kelsey Get Strong Challenge Image

Get strong

There’s nothing Kelsey loves more than helping women step into their PWR, and for this Sweat Challenge she’s created two brand-new programs: The At-Home PWR Pack and The Gym PWR Pack.

She has created incredible collections of workouts from some of her most popular programs such as PWR, PWR Zero, PWR Express, PWR Fusion, PWR at Home and PWR Strength, both of The PWR Pack programs feature three weekly workouts that range from Express 20-minute options to longer full-length sessions.

Designed with plenty of variety to keep things interesting, these programs will help you make your strength training goals a reality, one rep at a time.

If you’re not sure if The PWR Pack is for you, you can also choose from three of Kelsey’s most-loved challenge programs: PWRful You Challenge, PWR Challenge and PWR at Home Challenge. You’ll also find the popular Lifting at Home Challenge within the “Get strong” goal in the Sweat app.

Britany Get Back on Track Image

Get back on track

Whether you’re a total beginner, coming back to exercise after a break or want to make 2025 the year fitness becomes a habit, Britany is here to help you get back on track. Her brand-new Sweat Challenge program The Kickstarter blends strength, barre and cardio training to create a fun and consistent workout routine.

This challenge program is also a great option for anyone short on time, with five weekly workouts that will take just 15-25 minutes to complete. To supercharge your routine, select the Challenge Me option for an additional weekly workout and some extra spice!

The Kickstarter is all about making your routine work for you, and you can choose to challenge yourself to complete every workout or aim for three each week.

Katie Get Run Ready Challenge Program

Get run ready

Katie credits so much of her running success to strength training, and The Run Up is designed to help you build the strength and confidence you need to get run-ready before you lace up and hit the pavement.

Whether you’ve been running for a while and want to run with more speed and power or are looking to begin your running journey in 2025, The Run Up can help to build strength in key muscle groups, reduce your risk of injury, enhance recovery, reduce muscle soreness and help you to unlock your running potential.

We recommend the “Starting Out” option for beginners who are new to running or have never run before, while the “Challenge Me” option is the way to go if running is already a regular part of your fitness mix.

Get balanced

If balance is what you’re looking for in 2025, we’ve brought back four Sweat Challenge programs the Sweat Community keeps coming back to that will help you get there. Choose from Katie’s HIIT Pilates Challenge, Britany’s Core Strength & Mobility Challenge or her Barre Challenge or the Yoga with Phyllicia Challenge so start 2025 feeling your best - inside and out.
