Whether you've been loving her Strength & Sculpt program or can't get enough of her On Demand Pilates workouts, we know just how infectious Katie Martin's training style is. 
The Australian-based personal trainer launched her first Sweat program back in December and in the months since, so many women from around the world have fallen in love with her feel-good attitude and empowering approach to strength training. 
As part of week three of National Fitness Month we're celebrating all things health and fitness with free workouts, tips, tricks and trainer tips. The theme for week two was COMMUNITY, and what better way to celebrate it than with this member-requested workout from Katie that already has the Sweat Community stamp of approval all over it.
