Find 15 minutes for this glute workout
This workout focuses on your glutes, so to warm up you might focus on some glute activation exercises or do a few minutes of dynamic stretching— try leg swings and butt kicks to get the blood moving to your muscles.
A warm-up is especially important if you’ve been sitting all day. It helps to prepare your body and mind for your workout. Once you’re warm, hit your favourite workout playlist and get started.
