You can do this Pilates class at home or the gym.

You need a mat, resistance band and some dumbbells or hand weights. A 1.5kg (3lb) weight is a good option, but if you find you are struggling to perform the exercises with correct form, you should switch to a lower weight.

If you’re after a more challenging workout, there’s also the option to use ankle weights to increase resistance. And if you don’t have access to equipment, you can omit it and complete the workout using your body weight as resistance.

This full-body class is a Strength & Conditioning workout from Pilates with Sara and focuses on controlled movement.

It is 40 minutes and includes a warm-up and cool-down.

You can do Pilates with Sara as your main training program on Sweat, or choose on-demand classes to complement other training styles.
