This Sweat-ember we’re bringing you 30 days of free workouts, self-care tips, fitness advice and feel-good ways to show up for yourself. Don’t forget to download your FREE calendar so you don’t miss a thing.

We’ve already given you a free workout from OG Kayla (how are your legs feeling?) and a killer session from Britany Williams’ new Strength & Barre program, and now it’s time to train, PWR Express style!

If you’re a Sweat member, you’ll be able to find all of your Sweat-ember sessions in the On Demand section of your app under “Sweat-ember Workouts”.

This Back & Shoulders workout will take you 15-20 minutes and you’ll need a bench and a set of dumbbells to get started. If you’re working out with the Sweat app, you can select what equipment you have available and use the Automatic Exercise Substitutions feature.
