A Sweat Challenge FIRST. The Four New Programs Are…

Since we first announced the Sweat Challenge line-up, we’ve been inundated with requests to make the OG Kayla, PWR Express, Strength & Pilates and Strength & Barre programs permanent.
Well...
We’re doing it. Yep. For the first time EVER we’re keeping these four new programs in the app after the challenge ends.
Not only that, but on August 28 we’ll also be dropping SIX MORE WEEKS of workouts in the app for all four programs.
Whether you followed the Sweat Challenge or sat this one out, come August 28 you can try six new weeks of workouts from these programs, go back to the start or try a whole new challenge from the very beginning.
I’m doing the Sweat Challenge, what does this mean for me?
We’ve still got just over a week to go until the Sweat Challenge ends, and you’ll continue on in your current challenge program until this date.
If you’ve followed the Sweat Challenge before, you’ll know that once the challenge finishes you’ll pick up where you left off before the challenge.
For example, if you were up to week 3 of High Intensity Zero Equipment before the challenge began, you’ll find yourself in High Intensity Zero Equipment again on August 28.
When the Sweat Challenge ends you can choose to resume your previous program (this is the default option), start week 7 of your challenge program, or start week 1 of a different challenge program (or a totally different Sweat program!).
To resume your previous program...
When the challenge ends you’ll see a “What’s Next?” screen in the app and there will be a pink button with the name of your previous program. Make sure you select this to pick up where you left off.
To start week 7 of your challenge program on August 28...
LOVED your Sweat Challenge program and looking to continue on your journey once the next six weeks are released? Here’s how.
Option 1: Go to "Manage My Program"
In the top right-hand corner of the app, click on your profile.
Then, navigate down to "Manage My Program".
Choose the program you followed during the Sweat Challenge and update your week from week 1 to week 7.
Option 2: Change via the "What's Next?" screen
Underneath the pink button with the name of your old program there is grey text that reads “Choose another program”. Click on this!

Already clicked out of the “What’s Next?” screen? Simply follow the instructions under Option 1.
Option 3: Via the in-app banner
From August 28 you will see a banner on your Sweat dashboard that features all four new programs.
Scroll across to your program of choice and select “Try This Program”.
Follow the prompts.
Update your week from week 1 to week 7.
Remember, if you’re wanting to try weeks 7-12 of OG Kayla, PWR Express, Strength & Pilates or Strength & Barre you won’t be able to do this until August 28.
To try a different program on August 28...
You will continue on in your current challenge program until the challenge ends, but on August 28 you can choose to change your program (this could be a redo of the challenge program you’ve been following or a totally new one!).
There are over 40 programs available in the Sweat app, including these four new programs. Here’s how you can try a different program.
Option 1: Go to "Manage My Program"
In the top right-hand corner of the app, click on your profile.
Then, navigate down to "Manage My Program".
Choose your new program.
Option 2: Change via the "What's Next?" screen

I didn’t do the Sweat Challenge, what can I do?
Once these four new programs are available on August 28 they will all be available for all Sweat members to try! Option 1 and Option 3 will both be available to you!
