What does it mean to be Sweat Made?
Happiness. Self-worth. Confidence. Anything worth having is Sweat Made. The endorphin rush, the energy, the feeling of getting stronger and the pride of knowing you did it — that’s Sweat Made.
Sweat’s new high-intensity workouts take 35 minutes or less and prove that it’s not about how long you sweat for, but how hard you work. To achieve your goals, you have to work for them.
Whether you’re a beginner or ready to take your training to another level, these high-intensity workouts will unleash the new, more powerful, unstoppable version of you… and that future version of you, she is Sweat Made.
What sets Sweat’s new high-intensity programs apart?
There is a program for you if you are a HIIT beginner, you want to change up your training or take your performance to the next level.
Each program has been designed to really push you with new training techniques, exercises and concepts to improve your fitness and confidence — and still be achievable so that you can feel motivated to continue to work towards your fitness goals.
You’ll make every minute count at home or in the gym with workouts that take 35 minutes or less — 2-5 workouts each week using your bodyweight or minimal equipment. The programs range from beginner to advanced, with foundation weeks to get you started, so you can select a program that’s right for you and your goals.
Here’s more of what you can expect from each of Sweat’s new high-intensity programs:
HIIT with Monica
HIIT with Monica is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for the first time.
Trainer Monica Jones will introduce you to the principles of HIIT and guide you through her challenging, yet achievable workouts you can do at home in 25 minutes or less.
The program begins with a foundation week, followed by a beginner-friendly four-week program that progresses in intensity and complexity as your fitness increases.
You will feel energised as you work towards your fitness goals with two full-body workouts each week that start with slower rep-based movement, followed by higher intensity exercises.
An optional Interval Boxing workout is also available, which uses boxing combinations to help you unleash your mental and physical strength and improve your coordination.

HIIT Cardio & Abs with Kayla utilises high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with a focus on core exercises using minimal equipment, at home or in the gym.
There are two foundation weeks to get you familiar with this style of training, followed by a 12-week program that’s suitable for anyone with a beginner to intermediate level of fitness.
You’ll feel the burn with five 20 to 30-minute workouts each week (including two optional express workouts) that use upper-body and lower-body strength and stability exercises, followed by core finishers to keep you working hard until the very end.

Starting with two foundation weeks, you’ll build your courage and resilience as Britany guides you through each workout.
She’ll then keep your motivation high for an additional six weeks of intermediate-level full-body training. Each week you can choose from four workouts that target different areas of the body and focus on building your core strength and stability.
The combination of repetition and holds with traditional strength exercises will really push you. There are also two optional express workouts that change each week to keep your training varied and interesting.
