100g strawberries, fresh or frozen
60g pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp low-fat plain yoghurt

Method:
1. To make the blue layer, place the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture between two glasses and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
2. Rinse out the blender, ready for the next layer.
3. To make the white layer, place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Remove the glasses from the freezer and carefully pour the white layer on top of the blue layer. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Rinse out the blender, ready for the next layer.
5. To make the red layer, place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Remove the glasses from the freezer and carefully pour the red layer on top of the white layer. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
