November 13, 2024 - Updated November 13, 2024
Since relaunching the Food section of the Sweat app in September we’ve LOVED seeing which meals are quickly becoming Sweat Community favourites. And one thing we’ve heard loud and clear? That you can’t get enough of delicious and nutritious breakfast ideas.
We’ve currently got this Pistachio & Berry Overnight Oats recipe on high rotation, and it’s not hard to understand why. Combining the nutty combination of almond milk, peanut butter and pistachios with the sweetness of strawberries, blueberries and maple syrup, leave this one in the fridge to work its magic overnight before grabbing it to go in the morning.
Oh, and did we mention you can keep it refrigerated in an airtight container for up to five days? Breakfast for the week, sorted.
