I get asked all the time about what shoes and activewear I’m wearing, the makeup I use for workouts and the tools I actually use for recovery, so here’s a collection of some of my favourites, whether you’re looking for yourself, or a gift for someone else in your life!
Activewear
Gymshark Minimal Sports Bra
If you’ve got a bigger bust, this probably isn’t going to offer enough support, but these crops are my personal go-to, especially if I’m doing a low-impact strength session that doesn’t involve any jumping.
LSKD Accelerate 3" Mid-Rise Running Short
You’ll see me in running shorts all the time (even though everyone knows I hate running), and these ones from LSKD are so good.
New Balance Fresh Foam X 880v15
I’m usually in flat Converse whenever I’m doing strength workouts (you want a stable foundation for lifting and the soles of running shoes are usually curved), but I’m in these trainers a LOT. They’re super comfortable and supportive for any cardio or high-impact workouts, and it’s easier than you think to keep them white.
Light makeup
bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Skin Perfecting Tint
Any day that I just want some light makeup, I love this bareMinerals skin tint. It gives light to medium coverage and a nice dewy finish while still allowing my skin to breathe when I have a busy day or end up doing a workout.
Patrick Ta Major Headlines Double-Take Creme & Powder Blush
Blush is a staple for any everyday makeup look, and this one is amazing because it has both powder and creme blush in one.
Wonderskin WONDER BLADING Peel & Reveal Lip Stain Kit
Needing to reapply lip colour constantly is annoying, especially when I’ve got long days on set, and these lip stain kits make it SO easy to keep a base colour on.
Wearables
Apple Watch
I’ve been wearing my Apple Watch for years! Giving yourself daily movement rings to close is such a good way to motivate yourself to move, and they can really level up your fitness journey by helping you track your steps, heart rate and heaps of other health stats.
WHOOP Band
If you want even MORE health stats, get a WHOOP Band. They offer so much detail around things like performance, sleep, stress and recovery, and really help you understand your body better.

Recovery
Hyperice Hypervolt Go 2 massage gun
Recovery is so important when you’re training hard, and a massage gun is such a good investment to relieve fatigue and muscle tension from the comfort of your own home. This one has three different speeds, a flat and bullet head depending on what kind of pressure you want, and is a lot quieter than other brands which I love.
Eight Sleep Pod 5 Core mattress
This definitely isn’t something everyone needs or can afford (it’s not cheap), but for people with a bigger budget who want to sleep better, I highly recommend it. It’s a boujie mattress with cooling and heating on both sides, sleep and health tracking, and vibrating/thermal alarms. Definitely not an essential by any means!
Bonny Summer Quilt
This one is specifically for people in warm climates! Anyone in Queensland will know how hot it gets, but for anyone living in a hot part of the world, I SWEAR by these quilts to survive the heat.
Tried, tested, loved
These are the products I genuinely use and love, so if you add any to your own routine I hope you love them as much as I do! And if there are any other product recs else you'd love to see on this list, DM me!
