After taking a break to reconnect with herself and rewrite her fitness journey, this is the program that has Ruba feeling more empowered and energised than ever before. She believes every workout can be so much more than just a workout - movement is an opportunity to tune out the world and tune into you.

I’m Ruba Ali, creator of the Thrive program. I have been a certified personal trainer since I was 17 and stepped into entrepreneurship at 19 by opening my studio, building my online profile and connecting with a global community. In 2023 I took a step back from the fitness industry to reflect and reconnect with myself before embarking on the next stage of my journey with Sweat in 2024. I’m so excited to help women around the world discover what it means to Thrive with my programs and renewed philosophy to nourish the mind, body and soul.

Program Overview

There are three functional strength training workouts each week - Functional Full Body, Legs & Glutes, and Upper Body, Core & HIIT - structured with a mix of supersets, trisets, circuits and finishers.

Each workout takes 20-40 minutes, making them easy to fit into your lifestyle, and they include elements of functional strength, HIIT, mobility and cardio training to level up your fitness and confidence from every angle. 

Alongside your weekly workouts, Ruba encourages 1-2 walks in nature and any personal wellbeing rituals that recharge and elevate your energy. These can be whatever resonates most with you, such as meditation, journaling, prayer, time outdoors or yoga.
