How To Get Your Hands On An Epic Sweat Challenge Prize

Joining the thousands of women who are signing up for the 2025 Sweat Challenge and feeling fit and strong is the ultimate prize, but our Sweat Challenge giveaways are definitely a nice way to sweeten the deal.
This Sweat Challenge, the trainers have leant into their strengths so you can discover yours with an incredible lineup of goal-based programs from Kayla Itsines, Ruba Ali, Kelsey Wells, Britany Williams and Katie Martin. And here at Sweat HQ, we’ve got a handful of prizes ready to dish out that we know will help take your training to the next level.
By simply participating in the Sweat Challenge, you could be one of eight lucky Sweat Community members taking home a pair of Sony noise-cancelling headphones.
Want to be in the running for a new pair of headphones? Here’s how:
First off, you’ll need to register for the Sweat Challenge. It all kicks off on Monday 2 June 2025 and runs until Sunday 13 July. If you’re already a Sweat member, you can join the Sweat Challenge using the “Join the Sweat Challenge” button on the pink banner in your app. If you don’t see the banner, make sure you update your app to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play. If you’re not a Sweat member yet, sign up here and download the Sweat app from the App Store or Google Play. After you’ve logged in to the app, you’ll see a banner prompting you to register for the Sweat Challenge.
Complete at least two workouts every week over the 6-week Sweat Challenge period. You’ll receive one entry for every workout you complete (capped at four entries per week).
That’s it! The winners will be selected at random.
