30 Days of Sweat-ember: What’s On This Week

September 5, 2022

We’re almost at the end of Sweat-ember, and there are still five days left to take stock of our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Remember, this month has been all about showing up for yourself and putting YOU first, with fun and free activities designed to make you feel your best - inside and out.
So first things first, how are you feeling? Are you sleeping well? Have you carved out some time for self-care? Are you fueling your body with nourishing, feel-good foods and finding time to move your body in a way that energises you?
Let's finish Sweat-ember strong (if you haven't got your free calendar yet, head here to grab a copy and save it to your camera roll or print it out). Remember, you don’t need to be a Sweat member to participate and you can do as much (or as little!) as you like.
Here’s what to expect this week
Monday
Choose a daily step goal and try to hit it every day this week. Not sure what goal is right for you? Contrary to popular belief, it might not be 10,000. Here's why.
Tuesday
Why not try a workout with our newest Sweat Trainer, Fleur East. Her 6-week program, Energising HIIT with Fleur, is now available in the Sweat app!
Wednesday
Fill your cup up and reap the benefits by spending some time in nature. Need some added incentive? There are SO MANY BENEFITS.
Thursday
Be inspired by Kelsey Wells and set an intention before moving your body today.
Here are two of her favourites:
“I am moving my body out of respect for my body”
“I am moving my body to care for myself and my health”
Friday
It’s the last day of Sweat-ember! Finish the month strong by learning how to be breast aware. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and it's time to check our breasts! Here’s how.
