Mariah Morse’s Fave Protein Oats Recipe

If you’re looking for a breakfast that’s quick, comforting and packed with staying power, Mariah Morse’s protein oats are about to be your new go-to.
This simple recipe transforms a simple pantry staple into a high-protein, flavour-filled bowl that will keep you satisfied long after breakfast. Whether you’re fuelling up for a busy day at work or a tough workout, these protein oats deliver the perfect balance of nourishment and flavour.
No complicated ingredients, no fuss, just a delicious and nourishing start to your morning.
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ scoop protein powder
⅔ cup water
½ cup mixed berries
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tsp cacao nibs
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of flaky sea salt
Method
Add the oats, chia seeds, protein powder and water to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 60 seconds, then continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between each one, until thick and creamy.
Top your warm oats with berries, nut butter, a small spoonful of Greek yogurt and cacao nibs.
Finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon and flaky sea salt for extra flavour.
Serve warm and enjoy a protein-rich, nourishing breakfast.
