I’m Katie Martin, creator of Strength & Sculpt and Strength & Pilates. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2016, and am also a cookbook author and the founder of my own activewear line. Program Overview
In this program there are four 35-45 minute weekly workouts - Strong Legs, Upper Body & Core Strength, Glute Power Burn, and a Stronger Core Circuit.
Pilates challenges your muscles with that signature slow, controlled burn and spicy pulses, while HIIT gets your heart rate up to boost your fitness. Together, they deliver a workout routine that’s challenging, rewarding, and leaves you feeling stronger and energised.

What you’ll need
This program can be completed at home or in the gym, and you’ll need a few key pieces of equipment to get started. If you don’t have a Pilates ball, you can use a rolled-up towel instead!
