The trainers are all SO excited to help you smash your fitness goals from 2 June 2025 and we can't wait to help you power your progress with this vegan Sweat Challenge meal plan. Each week you’ll find a shopping list alongside recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. 

The full meal plan will be available the week before the Sweat Challenge kicks off, but until then, enjoy this sneak peek of what we'll be cooking up in week one!
