Welcome to the Sweat Challenge! If you’ve picked your program to start on 12 January 2026 and are looking for a vegan meal plan to nourish your body for four weeks, we’ve got you. Below you’ll find a weekly shopping list along with recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
