This is it - week one of the Sweat Challenge! We can’t wait to see what delicious recipes you cook up over the next six weeks. This week, your menu includes everything from peanut butter and berry overnight oats to a delicious Italian-inspired pasta salad and a grilled haloumi burger.

Can you believe we're already into week three of the Sweat Challenge? Take a moment today to check in with how you're feeling - inside and out. Feeling good? Challenge yourself with your workouts this week. If you're feeling fatigued, dial the intensity down and give yourself the rest you need. Three weeks down, three to go! At this point, it’s normal to have ups and downs with your energy levels, so the Sweat trainers want you to tune into those signals and keep powering your progress with nourishing, feel-good meals to make sure you finish these final three weeks strong.

With two weeks to go, it's time to back yourself! It’s called a ‘challenge’ for a reason, so remember that it’s okay if you have ups and downs this week, but aim for consistency with your training and nutrition.
