Program Overview

Grow with Mariah is perfect for those who already feel comfortable with strength training but want a new challenge or to focus on hypertrophy training in the gym.

"I created this program around simple, smart progression for women who already train, but want to level up. More strength. More confidence. More progress," Mariah says.

You’ll build muscle and shape in your glutes, strengthen your back, improve your grip and pull power, and develop a strong core. Mariah is incredibly passionate about strength training, and believes it has the power to completely transform how you look, feel and show up in the world.

In her program you've got six weekly workouts: Back & Biceps, Quads, Glutes, Legs, Abs, and Chest, Shoulders & Triceps. If you can't complete all six workouts, try to complete at least one upper-body and one lower-body session each week for balanced training, plus any extras based on what muscle groups you’d like to strengthen and grow!
