My Grow program is based on how I train myself and my clients, and I’m a huge believer in creating training, rest, and nutrition habits that will support you in looking and feeling your best for your entire life, not just a season. Because when you feel good within yourself, you can show up as the best version of you in every other realm of your life.

For me, training and motivating other women on their strength journeys always comes down to feel-good, sustainable habits and aiming for progress over perfection. Your training should feel fun and add to your life and your energy, not take away from it. I truly believe in celebrating small wins, whether it’s lifting heavier, feeling more energised, or falling in love with your training journey a little bit more every week. Strength training really has the power to make you feel more confident, capable, resilient and happy. Think of every workout in my Grow program as a way to celebrate your body and try not to compare yourself - you’re doing amazing and every rep is something to be proud of.
