PWR Bands
PWR Bands offers the perfect way to strength train without a gym or access to weights. Get ready to build strength, endurance and stability using nothing but resistance bands and your bodyweight.

I’m Kelsey Wells, creator of the PWR programs and Redefine Fitness. I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2016, am also certified in pre and postnatal fitness, and I want all women to feel self-acceptance and empowerment with my strength training programs.

Program Overview
The weekly workouts include three 30-minute sessions designed to target your Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body, along with one 20-minute Core session, plus optional cardio days to keep you moving and build your fitness.
The workouts are low-impact and structured with a bodyweight primer to warm up, followed by circuit-style strength training and finishing with a superset to fatigue your muscles.
PWR Bands turns a set of resistance bands into an incredible home gym that you can take anywhere.
