Program Overview

You'll complete Full Body Strength, Strength & Run Drills, Guided Run and Guided Interval Run sessions each week, plus optional Core, Mobility & Plyo and Open Run sessions to build strength, mobility and endurance. Progressive overload is built in through structured run training and strength workouts that challenge all major muscle groups.

Workouts range from 30 to 60 minutes. All you need is a set of dumbbells and somewhere to run, whether that’s outdoors or on a treadmill.

Ignite Running also has lock-screen functionality, meaning you can lock your phone during running workouts without stopping your session. Guided audio will continue coaching you through every interval, so you can focus on your run.

Equipment

What you’ll need

This program is designed to be easy to follow at home, in the gym or on the go. A few exercises use equipment like a bench, resistance bands and a step, but the program can be followed with dumbbells only if that’s all you have on hand.
