The Baseline is the perfect way to kickstart your fitness routine and build a solid foundation over four weeks, with a low-impact blend of strength training and barre.

I’m Britany, a NASM certified personal trainer, HIIT and barre instructor from Portland, Oregon. I became Sweat’s first Barre instructor in 2019 and have a range of fun and challenging barre, strength and pregnancy programs you can choose from.

Program Overview
Over the four weeks, Britany’s blend of barre and strength training will help to improve your form, muscular strength, endurance, posture, core engagement and confidence.
You have five weekly workouts that can be completed in 30 minutes or less (two are always optional): Full Body Barre, Full Body Strength, Core & Posture, Upper Body, and Lower Body.
