I’m Kayla Itsines, co-founder and head trainer at Sweat! I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and am also certified in pregnancy and postnatal exercise. My goal has always been to empower women by giving them the practical tools they need to improve their health and fitness and feel more confident.

Program Overview
Ready to level up your fitness? This Sweat Challenge program from Kayla Itsines will add some fire to your workout routine.
There are three weekly workouts that will take up to 40 minutes to complete - Legs & Glutes, Upper Body, and Glutes & Core. If you select the Challenge Me option you’ll also find burnout rounds at the end of each session alongside an optional weekly Cardio & Abs workout.
