Program Overview
You have five weekly workouts, each taking 30-40 minutes to complete: Lower Body Strength, Upper Body Strength, Full Body Strength, Glutes & Core (optional), and Express Abs (optional). Workouts follow a new progressive strength format, and you’ll be training close to failure in your lifts to encourage muscle growth.
Home and gym options are both available for this program, so Kayla's got you covered no matter where you like to train.
