Program Overview

If you're a beginner or new to structured strength training, an optional six-week Foundations block will get you started. If you already train regularly, you can go straight into the first main strength block.

From there, 2–3 strength workouts each week build your strength gradually through progressive overload, repeating key movements so you can feel yourself getting stronger. Workouts run between 20 and 40 minutes.

Alongside your strength sessions, you'll have access to optional Pilates-inspired, yoga, cardio, mobility and recovery workouts, giving you more ways to adjust the challenge when your energy, sleep or recovery needs change (which, through perimenopause, they will).

The program also includes an 11-episode educational series led by women's health educator Sheridan Skye, covering all things perimenopause and menopause, so you understand what's happening in your body and why your training is built the way it is.
